Options
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to see results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically designed for your current fitness level and your personal goals.
Barbell
Club
A strength program designed in conjunction with our Group program to strengthen individuals personal weaknesses. Each participant will get to choose 2 specific movements that you are wanting to improve and programming will be personalized according to those goals! We offer this 6 week program several times a year.

Vantage
Bodybuilding
Take a step back from high intensity conditioning workouts and focus on functional movements combined with bodybuilding concepts. In a four or six week segment, we focus on quality of movement, motor control and muscle growth to improve overall athleticism and aesthetics.

Our Vantage kids classes are specifically designed for children and teenagers. We incorporate the latest research and methodologies to craft a very effective youth program. Our mission is to get kids excited about movement, we aim to make fitness fun and safe for your children, while teaching a love for exercise, nutrition and what their bodies are capable of!

We're hosting a kids program in the summer of 2024 to create an environment and movement style that builds confidence and athletic translation to a variety of sports and activities for kids ages 5-11.

Vantage Movement aims to build and fortify our community with strong bodies and minds through the use of functional fitness methodology. We want to be the best part of our member’s day and improve their lives and health one day at a time.

Sat: 8:30am - 10:30am
