Here’s the deal, we’re six months into the year and we’re six months away from setting New Year resolutions. It might be time to check under the hood and see where we need to focus our attention for the next few months.

The InBody scan is something we like to use as a tool for helping direct our fitness and nutritional habits. It gives us an insight into where our muscle mass is, how much fat we’re carrying around, our water weight, and the fluctuations over time.  

In the past, it’s been a benefit to our coaches, our athletes and helped drive nutritional decisions and training.   We’re in a season where it’s always happy hour, there’s usually chips and salsa on the table, ice cream sounds good, and tracking progress takes a backseat to having a good time.  

We’re all looking for results. We all want to improve. What are you willing to do to achieve those results?

The first step is to schedule an InBody scan and find your baseline numbers heading into the summer.  

Maybe it will help you decide how you’ll approach your nutrition this summer.  Maybe it’ll help you decide how to utilize all the extra daylight we get.  At the very least, it will give you a marker to recheck in three months. 

It’s an easy process, the only uncomfortable things are coming in before you eat or drink anything and possibly reading the results it gives us.
