Group Training
Classes
In our one-hour group classes, participants will be led by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness:
Mobility Drills & Pre-hab to improve and restore joint mobility, function and range of motion
Dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for the workout, a specific warm-up to prime specific muscle groups for that day's workout
A strength or skill portion
Workout of the Day (WOD)- the conditioning aspect of the class

Foundations
Program
The purpose of foundations program is focused on teaching you the foundational movements we use in group training and to prepare you to enter into group classes safely and successfully. We give you a baseline to train three days a week, offering you the best option possible for results.

Fearless Over 50 is a program designed for people 50+ who want to get fit and stay fit, for the long term. Workouts are designed to focus on weight loss, enhancing cardio capacity, and building strength and endurance.
