A strength program designed in conjunction with our Group program to strengthen individuals personal weaknesses. Each participant will get to choose 2 specific movements that you are wanting to improve and programming will be personalized according to those goals! We offer this 6 week program several times a year.

Our Vantage kids classes are specifically designed for children and teenagers. We incorporate the latest research and methodologies to craft a very effective youth program. Our mission is to get kids excited about movement, we aim to make fitness fun and safe for your children, while teaching a love for exercise, nutrition and what their bodies are capable of!
